    • Blend tomatoes, pepper and onions and set aside
    • Heat up 2 spoons of oil, add garlic, sliced onion, ½ tablespoon of oregano and 1 bay leaf
    • Pour in blended pepper and tomato paste and allow to cook
    • Add about 2 1/2 cup of water to a pot then add ½ cup of powdered beans ,stir till its smooth and no lumps then cook for  bit
    • Add goat meat, stock, curry, seasoning if needed to cooked stew and allow to cook till its done
    • Add 1 cooking spoon of palm oil to the gbegiri, some salt and crayfish. stir and cook a bit till its done
    • Pick the jute leaves, clean in water and blend with small water
    • Pour blended jute into a pot, add locust beans, and salt then allow to boil till its done
    • Make amala by stirring yam flour into water to make a solid. Stir till it done and forms a consistency desired
    • Serve amala with gbegiri, goat meat and ewedu
