    • Put chicken into a bowl, add seasoning powder, garlic powder, oregano then marinate and set aside
    • Cook pasta for about 8-10 minutes by adding it to a boiling water with some salt and oil
    • Grease the grill pan with about 2 tablespoons of butter then place marinated chicken on the grill till its done
    • Chop onion, scotch bonnet then set aside
    • Grate cheese and set aside
    • Pour some oil into a pan, add chopped onions, 2 cloves of garlic, stir and cook for a bit then add banga (palm fruit extract). Allow to cook through
    • Reserve some pasta water then sieve already cooked pasta and set aside
    • Add reserved pasta water to banga sauce then cook through
    • Add cooking cream to the sauce, fresh pepper and chili oil, pizza sauce if you need more pepper
    • Add salt and seasoning powder, stir then pour in pasta
    • Garnish with some basil leaves and cheese
    • Serve with grilled chicken
