BITTER LEAF EGUSI SOUP

    • Blend egusi, with tomatoes, pepper and onion smoothly
    • Put some oil into a cooking pan, add some salt, onion, locust beans then stir
    • Add bitter leaf then fry for a while
    • Add the egusi, cook for a while then stir
    • Add shrimps, stock fish, goat meat and goat meat stock. Stir and cook for some time
    • Add sliced uziza leaves, cook for a minute then set aside
    • Serve soup with desired swallow
