BITTER LEAF SOUP

    • Blend prawn head in water and set aside
    • Cook goat meat and coco yam seasoned with chopped onion, salt and seasoning cubes
    • Sieve the blended shrimp head
    • Blend habanero pepper and onions together and set side
    • Add dried fish, shrimp stock, snail into cooking meat. Stir and cook for a bit
    • Add blended pepper mix, stock fish and water. Cook for a bit
    • Peel cooked coco yam and blend
    • Put blended coco yam into the soup, stir and cook for about 2-3 minutes
    • Add 2 cooking spoons of palm oil, smoked fish and 1 tablespoon of ogiri to the soup. Cook for few minutes
    • Add washed bitter leaves, seasoning if needed. Stir, cook for bit and it’s ready
    • Serve bitter leaf soup with desired swallow
