BOLOGNESE SPAGHETTI

  • Pour water into a pot, add some sat and golden penny pure vegetable oil then allow  to boil
  • Add golden penny spaghetti  to boiling water, allow to cook for about  6 minutes
  • Stir already cook spaghetti well then sieve and set aside
  • Add into a pot 2 cooking spoons of golden penny pure vegetable oil, some salt, garlic, onions , black pepper and 1 tablespoon of oregano then stir for about a minute
  • Add minced meat and stir. Allow to cook for 5 -7 minutes
  • Add tomato and pepper mix, tomato paste, reserved pasta water. Stir and cover to cook for 5 minutes
  • Add chopped tomatoes and seasoning cubes then stir
  • Add 1 cup of water or chicken stock
  • Add more chopped onions and cheese
  • Pour in already cooked pasta and mix well
  • Garnish with some dry basil leaves and serve
