BUSH OKRA RECIPE

  • Put some water in a cooking pot, cut the bush okra into slices and steam to soften
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of palm oil, add 4 spoon of ogbono to it, mix to melt. Pour into a bowl and set side
  • Add meat stock, beef, some water, shrimps, ponmo ,crayfish and pepper to the cooking pot.Stir to mix
  • Blend bush okra ,and set aside
  • Add ogbono to the cooking pot, ,add cleaned smoked fish and bush okra
  • Add seasoning cubes, salt to taste.
  • Cook for some time till it’s done then set aside
  • Serve bush okra soup with desired swallow
