    • Chop red bell pepper, onion, carrot, spring onion and set aside
    • Coat frying pan with some oil, put in the chicken then add salt, garlic powder, blended uziza seeds and seasoning powder to season. Cook chicken on both side for about 5 minutes then set aside
    • Wash and peel potatoes then set aside
    • Add some oil into the pan; add onion, carrot, red bell pepper¸ scotch bonnet, chicken stock and water. Cook for a bit
    • Add cut potatoes and spring onions, stir and cover to cook
    • Chop chicken into bits, add to the soup. Cover and cook
    • Add cleaned sliced uziza leaves to the soup
    • Taste for salt then serve as desired
