COTTON SEED SOUP

    • Boil all the cotton seeds
    • Blend pepper, onions, tomatoes, uziza seed and crayfish
    • Sieve boiled cotton seeds and rinse thoroughly
    • Blend the seeds in bits with some water till all is blended
    • Sieve the blended seeds to get the cotton juice
    • Cook cotton extract, adding the goat meat, pepper and stockfish .
    • Clean smoked fish and shrimps
    • Add ponmo, smoked fish, season with salt, seasoning powder to the soup
    • Add some palm oil, periwinkles and shrimps. Cook for few minutes
    • Serve with desired swallow.
