1 and 1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
Butter
4 Eggs
2 cups Milk
Strawberries
Blueberries
Orange juice
Chocolate powder

CREPE AND CHOCOLATE SAUCE

    • Sieve 1 and ½ cup of flour into a bowl, add ½ cup of sugar mix then set aside
    • Melt 3 tablespoons of butter then set side
    • Break 4 eggs into a bowl, whisk then add 2 cups of evaporated milk and melted butter
    • Add egg mixture to flour, mix well then add a dash of vodka. Set aside
    • Add ½ tablespoon of butter to the pan, pour in barter and cook on both sides till it’s ready.
    • Set crepe on plate then do this till all the barter cooked
    • Put 1 and ½ spoon of butter into a pan; add 2 spoons of chocolate powder and some milk. Stir well to mix while cooking
    • Serve crepes with chocolate sauce garnished with strawberries, blueberries and orange juice
