    • Cook washed meat seasoned with salt, seasoning cubes, onions till very soft
    • Blend crayfish, tomatoes, pepper and onions roughly
    • Wash dried fish and set aside
    • Wash sliced vegetable and set aside to drain water
    • Pour palm oil into a cooking pot, add some salt and iru as desired
    • Pour blended pepper into the oil, allow to cook till its reduced
    • Add dried fish and cooked pepper into the cooking meat, stir and cook for a bit
    • Add washed vegetables to the pot, stir and cook for 2 minutes
    • Serve vegetable with desired swallow
