    • Dice cow skin, set aside
    • Blend egusi, pepper , onions ,into a paste
    • Pour palm oil into a cooking pot, add onions , crayfish , locust beans, tomato paste, stock fish then fry
    • Add blended egusi, continue to fry
    • Add cow skin, meat stock, seasoning cubes, salt, goat meat, allow to cook
    • Add washed pumpkin leaves, stir and turn off the heat
    • Stir golden penny semovita into boiling water, keep stirring until a smooth and thick solid is formed
    • Serve semovita with egusi soup.
