2 tablepoon Crayfish
to taste Salt
Seasoning cubes
2 tablespoons Locust beans
worowo leaves
1& 1/2 cup Egusi
1/2 cup palm oil

    • Put snail and bush meat into a pot of water, add seasoning cubes, salt then cover to cook well
    • Wash and slice vegetables then set aside
    • Blend pepper, onion, crayfish and egusi then set aside
    • Add pail oil to cooking bush meat and snail
    • Add washed dry fish, blended egusi, cook for 5 minutes
    • Add worowo leaves, cook for about 3 minutes then season with some salt if needed
    • Serve with desired swallow
