    • Slice yam into bits, peel then set aside
    • Peel and slice plantain then set aside
    • Slice washed Irish potatoes and set aside
    • Blend onions and pepper then set aside
    • Pour beans flour, some processed pepper, 1 egg, some water to make a smooth paste, mix all together and set aside
    • Pour in enough oil into a frying pan, heat up the oil then fry the yam till it done and golden brown, put on paper towel then set aside
    • Fry potatoes till golden brown then put on paper towel and set aside
    • Clean the fish, score the fish, rob on seasoning powder and set aside
    • Add some oil to a pan, add some salt, the processed pepper ,ginger & garlic powder, seasoning powder, stir and cook
    • Fry plantain till golden brown, put on paper towel and set aside
    • Fry akara in oil till it’s done, set aside on paper towel
    • Fry the fish till it’s done
    • Arrange all on a board, garnish with boiled egg, cucumber and tomatoes
