• Onions
• Tomatoes
To taste Salt
• Oregano
• Rosemary
• Seasoning cubes
• Smoked dish

FRIED YAM & SAUCE

    • Peel and cut yam into stripes
    • Heat some oil in a frying pan
    • Fry yam until its crispy outside and soft inside
    • Drain on paper towel then set aside
    • Blend garlic, onions ,pepper and tomatoes together
    • Add some salt into heated oil then pour in blended pepper and fry
    • Add ½ tablespoon of oregano, a pinch of rosemary leaves, seasoning powder and already cleaned smoked fish. Stir and allow to cook for about 3 minutes  then set aside
    • Serve fried yam with pepper sauce on the side.
