GRILLED CHICKEN KEBAB

  • Cut chicken breast into chunks, pour into a bowl
  • Add onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary leaves seasoning and 2 tablespoons of butter then massage and set aside
  • Chop red, yellow, green pepper and onion
  • Soak skewers in water so it doesn’t get burnt
  • Arrange chicken, pepper and onions on the skewers
  • Set skewers on the grill and coat chicken with chili oil
  • Grill chicken till it is done then set aside
  • Put banana, chocolate powder and ice into a blender and blend to make a smoothie
  • Garnish smoothie with strawberry
  • Serve grilled chicken alongside the banana smoothie
