LAMB CHOPS & COUSCOUS

    • Season lamb chops with garlic powder, oregano, ginger powder, black pepper, salt, seasoning cubes and allow to marinade
    • Heat up some oil in a pan then fry the lamb chops, add some lemon juice to enhance taste. Set aside
    • Pour into a pot the chicken stock, add 2 cups of water, salt, 1 seasoning cube, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, a drizzle of chilly oil, stir well then pour in the couscous
    • Turn off the heat, add cooked veggies then cover the pot and allow the liquid to be absorbed
    • Fluff to mix well then serve couscous with fried lamb chops
