MIXED OGBONO AND OKRA SOUP

    • Cook goat meat seasoned with onions, salt and seasoning powder till it’s done
    • Blend ogbono and crayfish
    • Add ponmo and stock fish into the cooking meat
    • Process scotch bonnet and onions, set aside
    • Chop okra then process in the food processor and set aside
    • Add pepper to the cooking meat, stir and cook for bit
    • Add ogbono to the pot
    • Add palm oil, stir then add the okra
    • Check for salt and thickness. Add salt and water if necessary
    • Add uziza leaves, cook for about 2 minutes then turn off the heat
    • Stir in poundo flour into warm or cooking water to make swallow. Stir till it forms a solid and smooth swallow
    • Serve swallow with ogbono and okra soup
