NATIVE JOLLOF RICE

    • Blend tomatoes, pepper, onion
    • Wash rice and set aside
    • Pour 2 cooking spoons of palm oil into a cooking pot then fry the goat meat
    • Put in onion, locust beans into hot palm oil, then add blended pepper, crayfish, stir add washed smoked fish
    • Add goat meat stock into the sauce, season with salt and seasoning cube then pour in the rice. Cover to cook
    • Wash and slice scent leaves and uziza leave
    • Add sliced leaves into the rice ,allow to cook for a minute then fluff
    • Serve native jollof rice as desired
