    • Boil coco yam till its soft, peel, blend then set aside
    • Put washed goat meat into a cooking put, season with salt, seasoning cubes and onions.Cook till it’s almost done
    • Blend yellow pepper and crayfish together and set aside
    • Add snails, cleaned dried fish, ponmo and stock fish to cooking meat, allow to boil for a bit
    • Add coco yam paste, palm oil then stir and cook till paste is smooth
    • Slice and wash the pumpkin and okazi leaves
    • Add blended crayfish and pepper and ogiri, stir and cook
    • Add okazi leaves, seasoning cubes and pumpkin leaves.
    • Add salt if necessary, cook for 2 to 3 minutes then turn off heat
    • Serve with desired swallow.
