    • Boil meat seasoned with onion, salt and seasoning powder
    • Soak mangala fish in hot salt water then clean
    • Pick ujuju leaves, and boil for about 5 minutes
    • Blend ogbono to a smooth paste with palm oil added to it
    • Add blended pepper, blended crayfish, ogiri ofe and ogbono mixed with palm oil. Stir and cook for some time
    • Put cooked ujuju leaves into a mortal and pound
    • Add mangala fish, snails, seasoning powder then stir and cook for about 3 minutes
    • Serve with desired swallow
