    • Boil palm nut in water
    • Blend alligator pepper, orioma seeds and crayfish
    • Blend onion, habanero pepper with the spice
    • Scope palm nut into a mortal and pound to extract the oil
    • Pour hot water into the mortal then mash and squeeze to remove the oil
    • Sieve to remove the shaft
    • Soak mangala fish in hot salt water then debone and set side
    • Pour palm nut extract into a pot and boil
    • Add mangala fish, snails, blended spices, uda pod, banga stick, Cameron pepper
    • Add catfish, salt and seasoning powder then taste
    • Add washed scent leaves, cook for a minute
    • Serve soup with desired swallow
