    • Clean and cut semi ripped plantains and cook till ready then set aside
    • Blend onion, pepper and crayfish , set aside
    • Clean smoked fish with salt and water, set aside
    • Pour about 2 cooking spoons of palm oil into a pan and heat
    • Pour blended pepper into heated oil, add seasoning cube, stir and cook well
    • Add cleaned fish ,stir and cook for few minutes
    • Add cleaned and sliced uziza leave ,stir and set aside
    • Peel cooked plantain and serve with osen igi sauce
