POUNDED YAM AND AFANG SOUP

    • Cook meat with onion, seasoning and salt till its done
    • Wash and blend afang leaves, set aside
    • Slice and wash the water leaves and set aside
    • Add stock fish, dried fish, blended crayfish, Cameron pepper, and palm oil. Stir and cook for a while
    • Slice and peel yam then cook till it is done
    • Add the afang leaves then the water leaves, stir and cook for a bit
    • Add salt and seasoning powder if needed then periwinkles
    • Turn off heat and set side
    • Make the pounded yam using a food processor or mortar
    • Serve pounded yam with afang soup
