    • Blend soaked rice with coconut milk, a tablespoon of nut meg and cinnamon, 5 spoons of sugar, pinch of salt, fist full of coconut flakes, almond extract smoothly
    • Pour into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of yeast, cover to rest for an hour
    • Add some butter to the rice pan, scoop batter into pan and cook till its done on both sides
    • Serve rice cake as desired
