Spaghetti
Chicken
Grlic powder
to taste Salt
Onion
Vegetable oil
Red, yellow & green pepper
1/2 tblespoon Curry
Ginger powder
Cabbage
Spring onions
Corn flour
1 tablepoon Soy sauce
Frozen crrot & peas
Seasoning cube

SPAGHETTI & CHICKEN VEGGIE SOUP

    • Pour water into a pot, add some oil and salt, allow to boil
    • Put spaghetti into boiling water, cook for 6 minutes
    • Sieve spaghetti reserving 1 cup of pasta water and set aside
    • Season chicken with salt and garlic powder
    • Pour some oil into a pot, pour in the chicken; add ½ tablespoon of curry powder, garlic, ginger, mix and allow to cook
    • Slice cabbage, pepper and spring onions then set aside
    • Add sliced onion, pepper, spring onions, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, seasoning cubes to the chicken
    • Dissolve corn starch in reserved pasta water
    • Pour corn starch solution into pot of chicken
    • Add frozen carrot and peas, cabbage, stir well and turn off heat
    • Serve spaghetti with veggie soup
