  • Chop vegetables into stripes, set aside
  • Into a cooking pot, pour 2 cups of water, ½ cup of meat stock, salt, and vegetable oil. Cover to boil
  • Turn off heat; pour golden penny couscous into already boiled water. Cover and allow to absorb the water
  • After water is absorbed ,fluff the golden penny couscous and set aside
  • Into a cooking pot, add 1-2 cooking spoons of vegetable oil, salt, chopped onions and sauté for about 2 minutes
  • Add 1 tablespoon of ginger , garlic , rosemary leaves, black pepper seasoning cubes and chicken then stir
  • Add chopped pepper and fluffed couscous
  • Turn off the heat and stir well
  • Garnish with precooked carrot and peas
  • Serve with tea or other drink as desired
