    • Cut yam and potatoes into slices, peel then cut into cubes and set aside
    • Blend pepper and onion then set aside
    • Clean fish, season with salt and garlic powder then fry in oil and set aside
    • Fry chopped sausages and set aside
    • Pour blended pepper into heated oil, cook for 3-5 minutes
    • Add tomato paste and garlic powder, stir and cook for about 4 minutes
    • Add yam cubes and more water into the cooking pot, cover and cook for a while
    • Add peeled potatoes and blended crayfish. cover and cook till very soft
    • Add fried sausages, garnish with sliced and washed parsley
    • Serve pottage with fried fish
