- 2 kg yam (cut into small-sized cubes)
- 1 kg potatoes (cut into small-sizedcubes)
- 75 g onion (Blend with pepper)
- 100 g scotch bonnet pepper (Blend with your onions)
- 2 tbsp salt (Use to season fish and to food for taste.)
- 140 g seasoning cube
- Parsley
- Sausage
- Tomato paste
- Garlic powder
- Fish
- Vegetable oil

- Cook this recipe at medium heat.
