- Catfish (one piece)
- 75 g Onion (2 medium-size piece)
- scotch bonnet pepper (10 pieces)
- Tomato (7 pieces)
- 1 tsp Salt
- Seasoning cube (3 cubes)
- 1 tsp Ginger powder
- Garlic (3 pieces)
- 70 g Tomato paste (1 satche)
- Vegetable oil
Note
- Cook this recipe at medium heat.
- After cooking, wait for at least 5 minutes for better taste
- Serve stew with Rice or Pasta.
