Start your dish by prepping your ingredients
- Peeling yam and your potatoes, cut them to size and set aside.
- Blend your onions and pepper.
- Clean, season and fry your fish
- Cut to size and sauté your sausages

Pour your blended mix into your heated oil
Ensure the oil is hot enough before pouring your mixture. -
Add garlic powder, add tomato paste, add salt and cover to cook

After few minutes, add water then put in your yam and potatoes

Also, add your blended crayfish, season to your taste, stir and cover

Once your tubers are soft add your sautéd sausage, add your fried fish and garnish with parsley
Add these in turn and wait a few minutes after adding one before adding the other -
then leave to simmer for few minutes.
