Start by prepping your ingredients
- Marinate shredded beef
- Slice and marinate chicken
- Marinate shrimp
- Chop red, yellow, green pepper
- Chop carrot, onions, garlic and spring onions
- Put rice stick in bowl, pour boiling water and leave to rest for few minutes

Fry one egg and set it aside

Fry your sliced chicken and set aside

Fry shredded beef and set aside
Fry till deep brown colour -
Fry shrimps and set it aside

Pour more oil into the wok, add garlic and onions

Add yellow, red and green bell pepper and stir

Add carrots, then add spring onions

Season with a bit of soy sauce and sesame seed oil

Add your fried chicken and fried beef

Add scotch bonnet pepper and add fried egg

Drain water from the rice sticks and add to the wok and stir

Season according to taste

Add shrimps and stir till everything is well incorporated
