Start by prepping your ingredients
- Wash your catfish with salt and rinse properly with boiled water
- Marinate it with seasoning, salt and garlic powder then set aside to rest for some minutes
- Blend your tomato, pepper garlic and onion

Add about 2 to 3 cooking spoon of vegetable oil allow it to heat up

Add your onion to the heated oil, then add your blended mix, cover and allow it to cook
Cook till the sour taste is eliminated -
Add tomato paste stir and allow it cook for 4 to 5 minutes

Then add your marinated catfish into the pot

Add ginger powder stir and cook for 3 minutes

Add salt and seasoning to taste

- Cook this recipe at medium heat.
- After cooking, wait for at least 5 minutes for better taste
- Serve stew with Rice or Pasta.
