Start by prepping your ingredients
- Blend and sieve your coconut to extract the milk
- Blend pepper, tomatoes and onions
- Boil your beans
- Chop your carrots
- Slice your parsley
Add enough water (to cook your beans) when blending your coconut. Use your extracted coconut milk to blend your pepper, tomato and onions. -
Pour blended mix into the heated oil in your pot and stir
You can season the oil with salt before adding your mix. -
Allow the pepper dry a bit, then add salt and seasoning to your taste

Add your pre-cooked beans and stir

After a few minutes, add your chopped carrots and stir.

Garnish with parsley and leave to simmer.
