  1. Start by prepping your ingredients
    • Boil your cocoyam till soft mash and set aside for thickener
    • Blend pepper and cray fish
    • Cut ponmo into bit-sizes
    • Slice your okazi and pumpkin leaves
  2. Cook your goat meat with salt, onion and seasoning stir together and cover to cook

  3. Add stock fish, ponmo, dried fish and snails to the cooking meal.

  4. Then add the mashed cocoyam and 3 tablespoon of palm oil cover to cook

  5. After few minutes, add blended pepper and crayfish

  6. Add ogiri then stir together

  7. Add okazi leaves, stir then add seasoning and salt to taste

  8. Add pumpkin leaves, then allow to cook for 2 more minutes

  9. Food don done

Note

  • Cook this recipe at medium heat.
  • Use fresh ingredients for better taste
  • After cooking, wait for at least 5 minutes for better taste
  • Eat with any swallow of your choice
